SV gives very high importance to the Founders and team of the Start-up. The team should have exceptional execution, adaptation and learning capabilities.

SV prefer start-ups whose business model is asset-light, scalable, geography agnostic, innovative, working around core technology and addressing major problem at large. SV feel privileged in mentoring and providing seed or early stage assistance to women driven and oriented start-ups.

President & Founding Member

Ms. Niharika Rastogi, an angel investor, is the founding member and President of Shark Ventures LLP. She is a law graduate and MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad. She has been closely working with various stakeholders of start-up ecosystem and interacting with leading consultants and law firms on investment transactions. Her team has experience of dealing with more than 1000 start-ups on various aspects of business.

Her excellent knowledge and networking with domestic and foreign funds and investors across all sectors make her most sought mentor and angel investor among start-ups. She is very instrumental in getting pre-series A and higher rounds of funding for SV mentored start-ups.
