EVENT REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

To secure registration, all fees must be paid within the timeline as prescribed in the scheduled event. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled, and individuals will be required to register on-site with payment provided immediately to attend the event. If a written cancellation request is not received by Shark Ventures at least 5 or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will not receive any refund, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

All cancellation requests must be made in writing:

• A 75% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received by Shark Ventures at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled event.
• A 25% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received by Shark Ventures between 5 to 3 days prior to the scheduled event.
• No refunds will be granted when the cancellation request is received by Shark Ventures within the 3 days of the scheduled event.
• No refund will be granted, whatsoever, for the payment done for events having food/snacks.

If the event is cancelled by Shark Ventures, 100% fee will be adjusted in the subsequent event.
